Easyboot Back Country (Single Boot)

 The new Easyboot Back Country features a comfort cup gaiter made of a softer and thicker material. The front shield has been refined for a sleeker fit. All sizes now come standard with a removable rear snug strap that can be reversed for left or right hooves. The modifications allow the boot to excel in the pleasure riding category and double as a performance boot.

The Easyboot Back Country is a medium to high mileage riding boot: 25 - 50 miles per week, and is also ideal to carry as a first-class replacement boot for a lost shoe.

Completely convertible and replaceable; built on the Easyboot Glove chassis. The Easyboot Glove or Easyboot Glue-On can be converted into the Easyboot Back Country (additional accessories required).

Available in 20 sizes to fit most horses.

Sizing the Easyboot Back Country for Your Horse

• Take hoof measurements following a trim.
• If using the Fit Kit before purchasing the Easyboot Back Country, we recommend going up a half size from the most secure fitting shell.
• Follow the steps in this guide to determine the correct size. Please contact an EasyCare customer service representative at 800-447-8836 if fitting assistance is needed. Correct sizing is imperative for successful use of the boots.
• The Easyboot Back Country is available in 20 sizes with each size increasing by 4mm in width and length. Easyboot Back Country sizes are not comparable to steel shoe sizes.
• Easyboot Back Country sizing allows for natural hoof growth throughout a six week trim cycle.
• If you intend to use the Easyboot Back Country over steel shoes*, take your hoof measurements after the horse is freshly shod.

Easyboot Back Country Fitting Tips

• Easyboot Back Country boots can be worn on either the left or the right hoof. The Snug Strap can be switched so that both pull rings are on the inside, giving you a left and a right boot.
• After the upper has been secured, ensure the hook and loop ends are overlapped in the correct position.
• Working your horse in incorrectly sized Easyboot Back Country boots can cause chafing. Correct size selection will ensure maximum performance and hoof boot longevity.
• Give your horse time to adjust to wearing Easyboot Back Country boots. The first time you fit your horse with the Easyboot Back Country, conservative riding is recommended.
• Gradually increase the duration and distance of the rides while wearing Easyboot Back Country boots to ensure the horse becomes accustomed to the new hoof wear. Not allowing the boots to break in could lead to chafing.
