We work hard to deliver not only great product prices, but fair shipping prices. You can place your items in your cart and the shopping cart program will give you a shipping quote based on your location at checkout. Below is an extended explanation of the costs associated with shipping our products.
Awesome ways to receive FREE Shipping!
Free Shipped Items- We have thousands of items on our website that are free to ship. Just locate the shipping detail (see picture below) on the product details page to see if that item ships for free. Now just add any of these items market free and your order will ship for free!
Free Shipping for orders over $99.00
In the same manner we have items on our website that are market “FLAT” within the shipping detail page. These items will ship free, if you buy more than 99.00 dollars of them total. Just add these “FLAT” items to your cart that accumulate more than 99 dollars and your cart will ship for FREE! If the total “FLAT” rated items that are added to your cart does not reach $99.00 then a FLAT rate of 8.99 will be added for your shipping total on those particular items
Please note that we ship all free and flat rated items either ground UPS or Postal Service. We will even try and combine your items in with your vaccines if we can save you extra shipping costs. Please know that we do our very best to get your free and flat rated items to you as quickly as possible. Usual arrival times are between 3-7 business days.
Vaccine Shipping and Perishable Items
We ship all vaccines and perishable items Monday thru Wednesday and will process such orders the same day if the items receipt is received by 1 pm EST. All vaccines and perishable items are set to arrive within 2 business days. Vaccines and Perishables are packed with frozen ice packs with a Styrofoam box, just like veterinarians receive their vaccines and perishables. Please note, in most cases, the ice packs may have melted by the time your package arrives and therefore means that the packing has done its work. The ice packs and coolers are present to protect the vaccines from massive temperature fluxuation and not to deliver them at refrigerated temperatures. After the package arrives within two day, just place the vaccines in the refrigerator once they arrive. Free Shipping on Vaccines-
If the total value of the vaccines purchased reaches 250.00 dollars or more in cost, then those perishable items will be shipped for free.
If the total value of the perishable items does not reach 250 dollars then those perishable items will be shipped for a fee designated by a state zone.

Please check on the shipping details page if an item contains added weight. See example below on how to determine if the item that you are ordering has a added weight value. If the item does contain an added weight, you can estimate your added shipping cost by determining your state zone and referring to the chart for your added shipping costs.

Products that ship directly to your door from the Manufacture (or classified as FOB Shipping)
There are several items throughout our website that we ship directly to your door from the manufacture. These items are notated as “FOB” in the shipping section of the products detail page. These items require a freight quote from the manufacture and shipping costs are not calculated at check out. If you select these items in your cart we will call you with a freight quote from the manufacture. Please know that we will not ship nor charge your credit card for the item purchased until we have confirmed the shipping cost with you. If you do not feel comfortable placing the order on line for the item, please call us directly and we will be happy to call you back with a shipping quote on the FOB item.

Certain items may require hazard fees to ship with a carrier. These items will be market in the shipping details on the product page as “HAZ”. This requires an extra fee in the shipping cost of the item. The current added fee by UPS and Fed Ex is $32.00. This will be added to the cost of shipping that individual product.
