Ordering Prescription Medications:
Please note: A to Z Vet Supply fulfills orders based on the authority of your attending veterinarian. A Veterinarian-Client-Patient Relationship (VCPR) or a vet to vet transaction is what is needed for fulfilling the prescription medication orders. A to Z Vet Supply only supplies and sells prescription medications that meet the strict qualifications of the US FDA/EPA approved standards and practices. We deliver prescriptions medications as supplied by the manufacture.
How to Order RX Prescriptions
It’s simple. When ordering prescriptions medication on-line just place those items in your cart. Our cart program will direct you to a prescription order details page. You will be asked to provide your veterinarian's contact information for verification purposes. Please note all orders are held until the prescriptions for the order is received.

When placing the order on line, our prescription ordering form allows you to select this option. Once your veterinarian contact information is received we can fax them a prescription form filled out on your behalf. Please note that is best for the client to call and talk with their veterinarian about the order before we fax order over. This way your veterinarian knows the order is coming and can assist you in receiving your order in a timely manner.
By fax from your veterinarian:
Your veterinarian can fax us your prescription directly to us. They may also print our prescription form and use it to fax your order to us directly.

Ordering Beforehand:
We will be happy to take your order over the phone before your veterinarian calls or faxes us. Our customer service team member can handle all your ordering needs and inform you once we receive the order from your veterinarian.
Please Note: We will do all we can to assist you in ordering your prescription needs. We must receive a valid veterinarian’s prescription within 10 days of your order or your order will be canceled. Veterinarians retain the right to the final decisions regarding prescriptions. A to Z Vet Supply customer service team member cannot compel veterinarians to provide prescriptions.
