Package Protection is optional shipping insurance you can add to any order. For a flat $10.50, it fully covers a reshipment and the cost of your products, including vaccines, if your package is lost, stolen, or ruined by weather in transit.
Call us immediately at 1-800-979-2869 (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm CT) and take pictures of the package and its contents. Once we have the picture proof, we contact UPS.
Please note: Package Protection does not change delivery times. Our default shipping is UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS does not guarantee 2nd Day Air delivery even if a package is insured.
