What Probios Dispersible Powder is
The Probios Dispersible Powder label says it contains a source of live (viable), naturally occurring microorganisms. Each gram supplies not less than 10 million colony-forming units (CFU) of four lactic acid bacteria strains. The label says to mix it into fluids or feed.
Probios explains that animals carry a complex community of microorganisms in the digestive tract, and that stress can upset the balance of beneficial bacteria. Probios says direct-fed microbials may help restore the normal microbial balance in the gut, and lists these times to use Probios: changes in environment, birthing (freshening), traveling, kenneling, vet visits, hospitalization, intensive training and changes in feed or diet.
Feeding directions (label)
