| Directions | Usually the chamber is squeezed to allow fluid to flow through the chamber and to displace air upwards. The burette is then filled to the desired level. The fluid flow is regulated using the lower clamp. If the upper clamp is left shut, the fluid will stop flowing once the burette is empty. |
