Vaccines and other perishable items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Ships UPS 2nd Day Air in a styrofoam cooler with 3 ice packs at no extra charge (extra ice packs $2.50 each); overnight available by calling 1-800-979-2869.
UPS does not guarantee 2nd Day Air and does not cover perishables that arrive late or are affected by weather. Unless Package Protection is purchased, A to Z Vet Supply assumes no responsibility for late, lost or stolen packages. We urge every customer to add Package Protection ($10.50) to cover a reshipment and the cost of the vaccines. One $10.50 charge covers all items in your cart.
