Use the plastic scoop enclosed in the bag to measure the Ultra Start Multi powder (holds approximately 1 dry ounce), and a standard measuring cup (8 fluid ounces) to measure water. Add the powder to warm (105°-110° F) water and mix thoroughly with a wire whisk. For best results, give the first feeding of Ultra Start Multi solution as soon as possible after birth and continue feeding as directed for the first 24 hours of life. If your animal is more than 24 hours old, provide 1 to 2 feedings of Ultra Start Multi as directed, then mix 50:50 with prepared milk replacer for 1 to 3 additional feedings before changing to all milk replacer. |
